Rationale
CrossFolderActionsTest.testEntityParentEditIsAllowedCrossfolder has been failing recently because apparently a quickWait (1 sec) is short enough duration that after clicking 'Save' of a parent entity the expected td showing the selection-link or an empty placeholder is still rendering, spinner shown
