Support for validating libraries built with DIA-NN v2.0 results

Rationale

• DIA-NN 2.0 produces a Parquet report file instead of a TSV
• File extensions for raw files are no longer included in the BLIB since they are missing from the DIA-NN results

Changes

• Look for a Parquet file first. If not found, then look for a TSV report file.
• Allow base name matching for raw files since file extensions may be missing in the SpectrumSourceFiles table of the BLIB
• Updated test to validate that both file types are correctly detected and that raw file matching works even in the absence of file extensions.
