This adds a Django app built on top of the TOM Toolkit, which contains a Zooniverse app. It supports basic importing of Zooniverse subjects and classifications and display of these in the front end.
I'll be coming back to this later this summer, at which point I will add integration with the TOM targets model and the ability to upload data to the Zooniverse.
