Make vkb::GeometrySubpass a unified class vkb::rendering::subpasses::GeometrySubpass<bindingType>

Description

Next class unified class on C- and C++-bindings.

This "unification" without a prior HPP-version of GeometrySubpass is necessary to unify classes that actually use this GeometrySubpass class.

Build tested on Win11 with VS2022. Run tested on Win10 with NVidia GPU.

Changes LGTM.

I can't do a full batch run though, as I do get a crash in the calibrated time stamps sample. That error seems to be unrelated to this PR though. All other samples work fine.

I'm struggling to complete to full batch run (for internal reasons), but I think this is ok.
