Added a carRentalSchedule.java class, this class is a scheduler to track the status of cars in rental. It's useful when a user want to check what cars are available in a store or in any store branch by various criteria like VIN code, or model name. The tracker can also gives a estimated Available Date if the car has an active rental session.
