/home <home_name> now works like /home tp <home_name>, other subcommands like /home set, /home delete, /home list and so on have not been touched
same has been done with /warp

Hey, thanks for the PR! I'll look at this today.

I may want to remove the suggestion providers for these depending on how they render, because, while I appreciate the shorthand, I don't want this to get in the way of autocomplete for the other fixed subcommands (by way of moving them))

recognizing this is similar in theme to #302 and #301, which I've kind of just (wrongly) left sitting there.

No relation to whether this should go in, just drawing links.
