The first commit preserves the intermediate state as the plugin description was temporarily updated when the KMT plugin was released. The second commit then removes all plugin related files. |

Removes all functionality from the plugin and adds a feature to suggest new Kotlin Multiplatform plugin as replacement.
The second commit then fully removes the plugin sources from the repo.
