Adds `us_socket_context_listen_direct`, which takes a socket rather than a port or a path to a UNIX socket.
Simple showcase of passing a socket into a restricted Linux network namespace.

As mentioned in uNetworking#192, it would be nice to support
Bun.serve({fd: ...}), much like Node'sserver.listen({fd: ...}), for advanced deployments. This will be followed by PRs to uWebSockets and then bun.
