Similar to the issues I ran into with glibc last week, I needed to specify a minimum CMake version that would allower newer CMake builds without sacrificing the old. The README already instructed to brew install cmake, so this change brings the project up to being able to continue supporting the widest possible selection of OS'es old and new.
