We are currently in the process of adding more information about packages regarding trailing commas support. Can you please confirm whether or not the packages you are suggesting to add support trailing commas?

Looking at NickolaiBeloguzov/jsonc-parser#3 makes me think we might want to drop the other Python package completely actually.
