Hi, I sorry I got back to you only now. I don't have time to work on this plugin at all, if you are still willing to work on it I will gladly give you access to the WordPress repository, and the git repository. You should also add yourself as a developer. |

It is actually a big improvement of RMF Tooltip. I change it's name due to conflict in my development environment.
Please, comment this (diff) out, I have a plan to create a new plugin on wordpress if you're inactive otherwise it will be merged with yours.
Some changes maybe make you unsatisfied, if so, let disscuss it.
