明确版权协议: 在两个 README 文件的末尾，都新增了详细的“许可与版权说明”章节，明确区分了项目代码的 MIT 协议和分享内容的原作者版权。
新增英文文档: 创建了 README.en.md 文件，作为 README.md 的完整英文翻译版本。
添加语言切换: 在 README.md 和 README.en.md 文件的顶部都添加了导航链接，方便用户在两个语言版本之间快速切换。
