Move currently unsupported batch6 policy scripts for Plutus V3 to be conditionally included only when the node version is at least 10.7.0. This avoids running unsupported scripts on older node versions.

This PR adds the tests generated from the last commit of mkoura/plutus-scripts-e2e#26. They're tests for the new
Valuebuiltin functions:lookupCoin,insertCoin,valueContains,unionValueandscaleValue.I ran them and as of today (23 Dec 2025) they fail because we need node version 10.7 for them to pass, and that node release isn't ready yet.
