The skey-file argument is now required in the defragment_utxos.py script. This change ensures that the script always receives a valid skey file path, improving its reliability and preventing potential errors due to missing arguments.
Simplified the initialization of the ClusterLib object by removing unnecessary command era. This ensures the default (latest) command era will be used.
