- Add `defragment_utxos.py` script to defragment address UTxOs. - Implement `defragment` function in `utils/defragment_utxos.py`. - Update `pyproject.toml` to include the new script.
Add defragmentation step to cleanup function to defragment faucet address UTxOs.
