update test_search.py, test_special.py, test_statistics.py, and test_umath.py

In this PR, test_search.py, test_special.py, test_statistics.py, and test_umath.py are updated. In particular, strict=True is added to assert_array_euqal to compare dtypes and shape of dpnp and numpy arrays. In addition, assert_allclose is replaced with assert_dtype_allcloe to compare array dtypes.
