Typos

• Class names: QualitativeEvalution → QualitativeEvaluation
• Medical terms: Anenocarcinoma → Adenocarcinoma
• Common misspellings: typtically, segmention, highdcom, imge
• SNOMED code: 1083690006 → 108369006 (corrected in example)

Grammar & Formatting

• Removed duplicate words: qualitative qualitative
• Fixed verb forms: following the instructions → follow the instructions
• Corrected prepositions: subclasses pf → subclasses of
