Upgrade to FunctionImplementations.jl v0.4

This first requires upgrading TensorAlgebra.jl and NamedDimsArrays.jl to FunctionImplementations.jl v0.4.

To-do:

• Delete the SparseArraysBase.Broadcast module.

Closes #90, closes #91.
