Approving to keep it moving, but I am not sure about the current test you have with the timestamps, so that should be investigated.

Something seems off here. Why is this 2025, shouldn't it be 2026 with this latest log you are using? I see 2026 timestamps in it.

Overview
The Kiel team has requested confirmation of packet ingest within 5 minutes. The POC updated the cadence of their logs to 5 minutes to accomodate this request. This statement appears within the log every minute:

We are using the LastDataRcvd timestamp for each station (right now only Kiel) to be able to know when each packet has been received as a function of station.
