… except for intensity/uncertainty calculations. need to consider implications for combined, and discrepancies between calculated coords after transform and coords from L2 rectangular. there are todo comments
…nputs except for intensity. combine maps in both healpix and rectangular for NSP, map rectangular quantities to healpix map. back to using lat/long/coords from healpix -> rectangular transform result instead of from rectangular inputs

Now doing processing for all quantities except for intensity and relevant uncertainties using rectangular inputs instead of healpix. Spectral index processing inputs were already in rectangular.
