Fix deployment 404 links and dashboard SPA routing issue

Fixes the two repository issues: \n1. Replaced window.location.href with navigate() hook in Pricing.jsx to prevent SPA routing errors (404s).\n2. Handled undefined FRONTEND_URL fallback safely to fix 404 links generated by the deploy functionality.\n3. Ensured _redirects file format is exactly right for static deployments.
