Several major changes to the API

• .pos lists finally supported, pyclm will look for .pos in the experiment directory.
• microscope process changed to have PositionMover which implements xyz movement logic. enables custom microscope logic and reduces hard-coded Nikon PFS dependency

Documentation online

• Method zoo - showcase pattern methods.
• Much new documentation added, but site is still a work in progress

PyPI support

Code for figures used in resubmission added.

New testing added - three dry runs now should run during testing.
