Your YAML file looks good, all the required steps are there. However, there's one critical issue: the workflow file is in the wrong location.
You placed it at: task-1/task-1.yml
But GitHub Actions only looks for workflow files in: .github/workflows/
This is why nothing shows up in the Actions tab, GitHub doesn't know the workflow exists.
