This updates those good ol' tensorflow requirements. Tested and working on my M3 mac using the
4_cobaya.pyexample from an otherwise clean python 3.13 env.I also had to add an (empty)
cosmopower/wrappers/__init__.pyto get that example to work, possibly there is an untracked file which should be added?
