Regenerated all CDP modules from the latest master of ChromeDevTools/devtools-protocol. Bump package version to 1.5.0. Notable changes: - Cookie.same_party field removed - Private network APIs renamed to local network - New WebMCP and SmartCardEmulation domains - StyleSheetId moved from css to dom module - Various new types and enum values across domains Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Hi! I think it's been over a year since the version has been bumped. We had a prod incident when an upstream provider updated their supported protocol version that had breaking changes. The compatibility story of CDP leaves something to be desired..
