Created a dataclass (PmidKnowledgeHandles) for pubmed, semmed, and derived databases
Defined method create_pmid_filter for creating a table that inner joins pubmed.pmidfilter and semmed.predication on pmids
Created 'main' method to connect to DBs and call create_pmid_filter


          finished create_pmid_filter
