After further discussion on this the decision was made to remove the Marshmallow schemas that were duplicated in our codebase.
Context for reviewers
The changes in this PR are purely for record keeping purposes as the marshmallow file in this repo is not used. The body of the file is copied and pasted into the simpler grants repository(With the imports updated). Running the commands in that repository will demonstrate the success of these changes. There is a link to that PR
