It needs to be validated with the recently released GlideinWMS 3.11.0, but should still be valid. I'll update it soon. |

This PR implements the new Credentials class from the GlideinWMS framework into the GlideinWMS Decision Engine module. It includes the same features that the new class brings to the GlideinWMS frontend.
This PR requires GlideinWMS PR #501.
