The working state also needs to be passed in the initial sync data.

What
Diode blocks can now be toggled manually or automatically so you can easily control power flow.
Implementation Details
I added similar logic to the battery buffer to control whether or not the energy handle is updated.
Potential Compatibility Issues
Hopefully none.
