Implemented async methods to unsubscribe from order book, trades, ticker, and OHLC channels in v2 format, as well as a method to unsubscribe from all public subscriptions. Added a remove_handler method for managing event handlers. Updated settings.yaml to version 2.2.2 and added new trade entries for account 5.
