Introduced get_open_orders and cancel_all_open_orders methods to KrakenPythonClient for improved order management. Added check_connection method to KrakenWebSocket for connection status verification. Updated settings.yaml to version 2.2.1 with version notes. Added sample trade and account data for account 5.
