Fix missing navbar on authentication pages

Description

This PR fixes the issue where the navigation bar disappeared on authentication pages.

Changes Made

• Added navbar to Login and Signup pages
• Fixed navbar positioning using fixed layout
• Added proper top spacing to prevent content overlap
• Maintained responsive behavior and theme toggle support
