Add GPD distribution and fixed parameters in fitting process

1. Add the GPD distribution class,
2. Improve the fitting process adding the possibility of fixed some parameters
3. Change the negative loglikelihood functions approximating the shape = 0 by the different from 0 (improve numerical stability)
