Append a new 'costume' block to data/heroes/purple/5/Jett.yml describing the costume1 variant (bonuses, Cleric class, stats, and the Special skill 'Gaze of the Underworld' with x1/x2 mana effects, DoT details, types, and updated passives). Also add the costume image at img/heroes/jettcostume.jpg.
Add new purple 5-star hero Arzen: data file at data/heroes/purple/5/Arzen.yml including stats (Fast Rogue; Power 1279, Attack 1345, Defense 1326, Health 2233), skill 'Vicious Strike' (510% damage, up to 4 extra minor hits at 85% chance, causes healing resistance and 200 damage per resisted heal for 3 turns), and passives (immune to special-skill blocking; Minion Core that summons a Killer Bot scaled to core charge). Also add hero image img/heroes/arzen.jpg.
Dancer mana speed is faster than Fast, but becomes Slow for 3 turns after each Special Skill cast.
Add new Green 5 hero Wei Qi (source: fortune). Creates data/heroes/green/5/Wei Qi.yml with base stats, Special skill "Slash of the Vibrant Lion" (Spirit Slash that removes buffs and applies Vibrant Fortune Dance), types, and the passive "Fierce Dancer". Also adds the hero image at img/heroes/weiqi.jpg (linked from Imgur).
