@Aaron-Ritter did you test that this works? there's no .env file, so would kickstart run? |

@mooreds the kickstart was already present in the previous version so i left it in. And despite configuring kickstart it will ignore it if there is no file found, in many other examples this is the case as well.

This is a upgrade test using the latest PostgreSQL release, switching to OpenSearch and adding a weekly dependabot check which addresses the two issues reported:
