@gnw2t Hey, thanks for opening this PR! Sorry, I've been busy and haven't gotten a chance to play around with this. It's on my list for this/next week. Thanks for all the time you put into it. I smoothed out the deployment process finally, so I'm knocking out a bunch of open PRs. |

Adds a routing tool that shows how many ALPRs are viewing a route and nearby. Closes #81.
