Fesom2 with yac after Nils-Arne Dreier

Current version of yac integration of Nils (were tested with ICON-FESOM) to further merge

There is a lot of change in the defaults, that would be better to handle through namelists.

Tests should no longer fail once @patrickscholz sea ice albedo salinity bugfix has been merged and results are updated.

Lets start with container with icon, once i get better hang of yac then toy is possible.

We should check once that on this branch these things work. Later we can have them as Toy model CI tests.:

I can confirm that I can compile and run AWI-CM3 with OASIS3 without interference from the YAC interface.
OK to merge from my side.
