[No QA] Replace OnyxUpdate default union type with specific types in generic OnyxData type - fourth batch

Explanation of Change

The changes in this PR are only at the type level, hence [No QA] tag

These changes are the forth batch of replacements of the OnyxUpdate default union type with specified types. This PR covers making the OnyxData type generic and covering the OnyxUpdates used in this type. Most of type replacements were made using the codegen tool jscodeshift (code below).
