docs: update bridge guide for Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Solana
Protect the default locale from downloaded Crowdin English overrides during CI so Docusaurus always builds English pages from docs/. This also removes stale i18n/en docs override files that can silently replace updated bridge content in production builds. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
