This PR introduces the following changes to Arithmos:

  • Matrix Rotation Library for rotating a 3x3 Rotator Matrix.
    • Preprocessor Rotator Matrix Validation.
    • Accumulator Discrete Rotator Algorithm.
    • Postprocessing Gimbal System Invalidator.
  • Unit test examples for Matrix Rotation.
  • Separation of common algorithms in a new Gimbal System Library.
  • Applied API changes to the Vector3d Rotation Algorithms.
