Update this plugin to work with Minecraft 1.17.1

Changes:

Changed Paper API version from 1.16.5 to 1.17.1 in build.gradle
Fixed qualified name generation to work with 1.17.1
Changed nextTick to ao (note: I found that this worked via trial-by-error)

This would appear to break previous versions, could you improve your code to work on all versions including 1.17.1?
