Improves gift card UX/visuals and aligns branding.

• Introduces theme.giftCardOverlayGradient (with palette entries) across light/dark/test themes and adds type to Theme; applies it to GiftCardDisplayCard (now with LinearGradient overlay) and GiftCardTile.
• Gift card list: Redeemed cards render as compact EdgeCard rows with brand icon/amount; redemption opens via Linking.openURL; header uses lstrings.gift_card_branded; layout/padding tweaks and noBackgroundBlur footer.
• Gift card market: Minor padding, category row spacing, FlatList bottom padding, and disableFontScaling for list titles.
• Purchase scene: Ensures fixed amount content has a minimum width.
• Home/SideMenu/locales: Rebrand strings to EdgeSpend and update spend tile footer copy; add new localized keys.
• Small UI polish: Add rightRem to RegionButton pills and adjust card/tile paddings.
