EOSU 407
Overlay behavior is stable in all GDK versions
Both focus loss and system‑UI occlusion behave predictably
Status transitions now reflect real overlay state
Native and C# layers remain synchronized
This solution has been tested on all GDKs and on another platform to ensure that it does not break other implementations
