Since we didn't have this in yet I've updated it to use the latest version of aiida-core and aiida-shell

In particular this is very beneficial as, since version 2.6.0, aiida has been capable of running without requiring and external rabbitmq (postgres was already not required in 2.5.0) and also it offer a single line command to setup a profile instead of the previous more convoluted process
