No longer redirect old site url. Redirect to splash page instead of proxy through.
…ated with httrack command: httrack http://2015.drupalgovcon.org/drupal-govcon-2015 -O . -N1001 -WqQ%v --robots=0 This flattened the site to all pages at the root as *.html and all images & other page resources under the images/ folder. Updated .htaccess for new shorter folder name, 2015.

@timwood I think we should redo this one on top of the latest develop, with just the static site, in a folder called drupal-govcon-2015. Then we can do something in the apache config to make sure thats served as html and not from drupal. |

Still not there 100%, but I'd like to test this in Acquia...
