Updates the Turkish localization message dictionary used by DevExtreme UI components to replace remaining English strings and improve Turkish phrasing for various UI/ARIA labels.
Changes:
- Updated multiple Turkish message entries (including ARIA labels and newer feature strings) to Turkish.
- Refined wording for several existing Turkish translations for consistency.
