All the frontend code is now at https://github.com/Datenschule/offenesfrontend
This changes: - Number of lines between functions - Removes some unused code - Improves line wrapping and indentation

In order to avoid confusion for people that want to submit pull requests this removes the old frontend code since that is hosted in another repository now.
Together with the PR that adds a REAMDE and points to offenesfrontend this should offer some guidance for people that are looking to contribute.
