Replaces commit-level metrics (AI Assisted Commits, AI Assisted Deployments, Change Lead Time, PR Review Time) with PR-level metrics (AI-assisted PRs, PR Throughput, PR Cycle Time). Removes Per-Commit / User Activity tab split in favour of a single unified table using per-commit definitions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
