What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-13277
Updates all NDM documentation references from "side panel" to "NDM device view" to reflect the new device view UI. Also updates the NetFlow tab flow to use the new Open Device Page dropdown.
Updated screenshots and videos throughout.
