What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR changes the description of a UI label to be more specific (experiment flag label --> Feature flag label).

Verify that your feature flag is enabled and evaluates in the correct environment. Then, confirm that traffic reaches the experiment's targeting rule.

1. On the [Experiments][2] page, select your experiment to open its detail page. Hover over the experiment flag label (for example, `new-product-photos`).

Opted for "next to the experiment status" to orient the user.

re previous PR comment: Did not use "Status" (with a capital S) to avoid them looking around for a UI item called Status. 😅
